Move Towards Change
I meet you where you are.
Therapy doesn’t always happen in an office. Sometimes, it happens while walking on a trail, parked by the ocean, or in the comfort of your own space.
As a licensed somatic psychotherapist, I integrate movement, nature, and the physical environment into the therapeutic process.
Whether through Walk’n’Talk therapy, Van Therapy, or Shanti Space sessions, my approach is designed to support your specific needs.
so·mat·ic /sə’madik/
adjective. 1. relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind.
Being a somatic therapist means I strongly incorporate the mind body relationship, and utilize the body in various ways as part of the therapy. It can mean using movement or paying attention to sensations in the body. It is an approach to therapy that often goes much deeper than talk therapy and therefore is a more impactful & effective catalyst for change and healing.
