Physical movement encourages psychological movement.
In Walk'n Talks, we’ll head outside for a walk and use the rhythm of our steps to help process emotions and thoughts, gain perspective and encourage shifts. Being outdoors and in nature allows us to be inspired by the natural elements and helps us be more open in conversation. Each person faces unique circumstances and I tailor these walks to your physical and emotional needs.
